The best armour from dragon up is:
60 def-dragon( full set is 51mill with dragonfire sheild)
65 def- third age( full set is 100m over making it the most expensive melée set on runescape)
70 def- barrows( Torag,guthan,dharok,verac,all full sets r under 7m) I reccomend this
78 def- Statius,vesta(very expensive pvp armour not reccomended)

if you wanna look cool and spend 1m- here it is:
dragon platelegs (600k)
granite body (80k)
dragon med helm(60k)
dragon longsword(80k)
granite shield (50k)
if you got more than 1m buy dragon boots
