| Below are the differences between the different gigabyte packages.
40gb-No backward compatibility, 2 usb ports, no card readers
60gb-Great backward compatibility, 4 usb ports, 4 card readers
80gb-Backward compatibility but not as good as 60 gb, 4 usb ports, and card readers
You should get the 60gb because its a pretty good price and is gonna be bundled with 2 games soon. Backward compatibility is when the ps3 can play older ps2 games, I'm not sure if they can play the original ps1 games. If you plan on downloading alot of things to your ps3, then get the 80gb. The blueray is good, but it's not the one you want for a home theater. I don't know about refurbished ps3's as I bought mine brand new. I can't reccomend games to you because I don't know your taste, but if you tell me what types of games you like I'd be happy to tell you some good games. There is no place to get a cheap ps3, there all as expensive as they get. |
