Try this one. You can sign up and be notified when it does become available for pre-order.

Or Play.com have it for pre-order, but as you're not in the UK this isn't really much use.

I really don't think that there will be much pre-orders for the ps3. With sony's track record they will have shortages at launch and it will be a first come first serve basis. I think they like the news coverage of lines outside of the stores on release day and it makes a higher demand for the product in the long run with the hype that surrounds it for the first month or so.
