my backup playstation 2 won't work

i backup my playstation 2 game " fifa world cup 2006" but when i put it in the playstation 2 console it works but never loads the game
i use my swap magic disk to boot my game

just one more thing the original game is mine, so it's not illegal

can you please help me i don't know what to do

Why not just try putting the original disk in the ps2 and see if it works and re-burn the "backup" magic disk

The point i was making is that if your PS2 can play original games and this backup disk doesnt work, maybe the backup disk is the problem, maybe it's scratched or whatever.

I really dont understand the point of using a backup disk if you own the original game which is why i never bought this magic disk system.

yeah y would u need a backup of it if u got the original?
