WinZip won't open RUI Files.

How can I view this File, It is an ADT DVR Manual.
How can I convert this, Why Does windows NOT regognize this file, Are they Stupid?
If Microft was MY company, I would recognize MOST files.
Why would someone use this file in the first place. It is a Manual, what is wrong with PDF.
Is the New Windows 7 going to be like Vista(Backward from XP)?

That file extension seems to be for "SPEFO Stellar Spectra Analysis File". Winzip would definitely not open that extension since it's not an archive.
I'm quite certain you don't have the correct file that should be a manual.

I did find the Manual on the adtviewpro site and no luck with the ADT-Matrix site, I came back to say I located by searching the DVR and PDF in the search. You had provided correct Location.
