| What you're describing I believe is the way most Windows applications already work. I'm not sure what you're asking for that is different.
In Word, or Outlook, or Works, or Excel, or even when surfing, pressing CTRL-P brings up the Print Options dialogue box. In there, I can click OPTIONS or PREFERENCES or ADVANCED and get the options you're talking about.
Some PRINTERS install their own utility even more powerful when you first install the printer, but it is still accessed the same way and you find even more detailed printing controls, but this would be found on your printer's install CD. |
