sungale 2026 dvd says wrong disc

New player, followed instructions for set-up. all DVD put in say wrong-disc.

[sfcrad;3087691]Just got a new player (Sungale 2026), followed instructions for set-up. all DVD's put in say wrong-disc. Looked at several help sites, can't get region code to show in upper right corner either.
