Problems with a USB Flash Drive

Hi,

I have a USB Flash Drive since some years ago and I never had any problem with it.

Some days ago I used another USB Flash Drive in a computer with Windows 2000 and, when I tried to use again the first one, it was impossible: I just can see lots of strange signs and it’s impossible to open any file.

I tried it in my computer (Windows XP) and it happens the same. So, I imagine that anything is damaged in that Flash Drive because it’s not recognised anymore by any computer.

As there isn’t any drive to install on Windows XP, what can I try to see those files again?
