I have problem with the same software which you are mentioning. I have the basic problem of not able to install the Oxford Advanced Genie on Vista. Vista came installed on my new laptop (Dell). It gives some error message when it installs 95% and then aborts (without completing the installation). The error message is as follows:

"An error occurred during the move data process: -113
Component QUICKfind\Additional
File Group: QUICKfind Additional REG
File C:\Users\...\IEHelp.dll"

Please let me know how this problem can be fixed.
