Genie Dictionary Not Working Properly

my genie dictionary do not work automatically when i point to a word in other application.

That's right. I have installed the Oxford Advance Learner's Dictionary on my computer. Genie dictionary is one function of the OALD but it cannot activate on other application (Fire Fox 3.5, MS Outlook 2007, Desktop) except Internet Explorer 8.0
