Hello,

I am a 23yr old, B.A graduate from Kolkata and I wish to pursue MA in Management and International Business from Southampton Solent University, UK.

My aim is to become an HR, however with my background I find it difficult. That is why I chose this course and the reason for doing it from abroad is because:

a) I want to work and settle in the UK as my would be husband is also there

and b) this degree would be a global one which I felt would help me get a job anywhere.

As regards experience I have 11months exp in event management's marketing and back office and 4months exp as an international telemarketer.

This degree is costing me a total of 12-13Lakh INR.

Also I am very much aware that after completion of this degree I will not be able to get a job as an HR as I don't have the exp required.

So my question is whether or not this degree will help in achieving my aim.

Is it worth spending so much money?

Will it be beneficial if I complete my degree here from any of the famous B-Schools and gain a few more years of experience and then go for jobs in UK?

Also what kind of jobs can I expect after completing this degree?
