heavy equipment operator placement (UTI)

My boss has ask that I find info on (UTI) ... according to him there are several here in the valley. We are in Phoenix Arizona, however I can not locate any. I need to have this info so that we may find out about job placement for heavy equipment operators. I hope i am not confusing you yet >
