Please furnish a list of univerisites offering Graduate programme in Biotechnology/Biomedical engineering/Bionanotechnology/Bioinformatics for
Non-US Students.

As always I am opinioned on this, I can think of no better school that offers this even with special program for non US students,
Georgia Tech in Atlanta GA
