Are you still in high school? If so, you will have to take the science courses your school offers. If they offer biology take it, if they offer anatomy & physiology, take it. You will also need to take all of the maths.

The special school you go to would be medical school. Do you have to be a nurse first? No you don't.

Yes, basicly you will want a pre med college courses offered at many colleges, after college you will go on to medical school, and after medical school an your internship you will go back for your speciality and another internship.

You must first finish a 4 degree college. Then afterwards, take your mcats. Apply to a medical school for 4 years. You wanted to do dermatology...after 4 years of med school, you must go through 4 years of medical residency...and during that time, you'll choose your specialty.

good luck.

no need to actually visit before applying, but it would be good to actually see what you're getting yourself into before applying. A trip there may change your mind or reinforce it.
