East Coast Universities/Colleges

I am considering going to an east coast college. My dream college is Brown but I need to keep my options open. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to other universities.

Yeah you really need to have an idea as to what you want to pursue.

If you're interested in Brown I assume that you like a relatively large school in an urban environment, and are interested in a top tier school. Others that come to mind are the obvious Ivies - Columbia, U of Penn, Yale, Harvard - also Tufts, BC, Georgetown. If the urban environment is not necessarily what you want, consider two other Ivies: Cornell and Princeton.
