how solve over stay problem?

one of my friend has refused for her HSMP last october 2011 and her representative should apply for appeal, unfortunately her representative did not apply for appeal which is she have not been told. now in march 2012 she find out that she has no appeal in UK Home office. she wants to go back her country, will it consider as a overstay? if it is then what kind of problem she may have? what is the solution? how can she go back to her country with clean passport? |
