who will hire a truck driver wih a misdemeanor

I have gotten a seal order by the court in Florida for a misdemeanor. The problem is that it shows up on database searches. I am told that the database got ahold of it before it was sealed. I recently got my cdl class A. I have been driving B class trucks for a while, but now am able to drive A class trucks. I applied for a job and was surprised to find out that the misdemeanor showed up an the pre-employment database search. My question is two fold. 1, is there companies that hire with the misdemeanor. 2, doesnt the seal order mean that I have a right to have my record sealed?

your official police and court record is sealed and would not show up on thier searches, the trouble is that any private search company, any web pages on the internet that are not part of the court or police system, don't have to seal anything. Welcome to the computer age. So any and every company who had this info in thier computer data base before it was sealed are still free to show it.
