Help!

Hey this is shardea

I have question is track hard because i just wanted know. Like i'm playing basketball ryte now! But after basketball season over i'm trying out for track and this will be my first year doing this. Plus i want to more about track and events and so if anybody knows please tell me.

Hi,
The only way to know is to do it! Give it a try, and hang in there.
Track and Field running is endurance. Since you play basketball, go for it.
