1960s Art Set

I am trying to remember what an art set was called that I had when I was a kid. Basically the set consisted of a picture that you were able to peal off certain areas that were sticky underneath, and then you would sprinkle different colors of dust? on the sticky area. By the time you were done you would have a sort of velvet textured piece of art. It was kind of a paint by number but with colored dust .I remember the subject matter was usually super heroes? I thought It was called "Stardust". Any Ideas?
