apparently no one remembers this one but me!

there was this toy back in the early 90's, it was like a little bug standing on a base, had about 50 arms down it body, and the purpose of the game was to pick up this little balls, and set them on the hands w/ like a pair of tweezers, but you couldnt make a noise or laugh out loud, because the second you did, the bug would start moving and the balls would fall off it..................does anyone remember this one?

I dont know. Did they have that kind of technology back in the earlyy 90s to produce a toy like this, which was noise sensitive. Would like to know too.
