little plastic figures of the 90's

i cant remember the name of these toys for nothing. and i dont exactly know how to describe them.

but they were little plastic things...figures. but they didnt have legs and arms and all and look like a spider man action figure or somethin.
and they came in lots of colors. they were just like blobs or monster like things. they are probably from 95-2000.

i dont really know how popular they were. but its driving me crazy so i hope someone can help.

Hi, icytart!

That's not much to go on here. Is there anything else that you might be able to describe about them? Did they have faces? What colors were they? Did they seem to represent something, please?

Thanks!
