alright this toy I had was in the early 90s, it was a hard plastic wacky face/head, it was about 7"-9" tall and it was a tube. This face had separate eye pieces and mouth pieces, kind of like a mr potato head mixed with a pog holed tube. Anyway it came in like purple and green, and had different colored silly putty in it, and if you smooshed the putty in the bottom of the head it would ooz out the eyes. I was only like 4 when i had it so i dont remember the name, if someone could help it would be appreciated thanks. I drew a pictur of it down below.
