WeedEater Rider stalls after 3-4 minutes

I have a weedeater rider with a tech engine. I spent $165.00 to get it tuned up back in May 2006. I used it about 15 times this year. Roughly 40 hours on it.

The reason why I spent $165 to get it fixed was it kept on stalling after I ran it for 3 to 4 minutes. Well it's happening again. The oil is okay, the sparkplug is new the filters look good and I keep it clean.

It stalls if I'm just riding the mower or cutting grass/leaves. It starts up fine.

Any suggestions or ideas? I have changed the gas even have NEW gas container with NEW gas. The fuel filter is not clogged, looks new.

Any advice would be great.

new gastank? what about a new gas cap? try it without the gas cap and post back....
as for the fuel filter not being clogged...... looking at it tells nothing.... oem filter?
