troybilt lawntractor trouble shooting

I have a Troybilt lawntractor model # 13AP60TP766, which I replaced the battery and starter too, and still won't start. It does click is why I'm not sure it's the switch. Any suggestions

Hi,
Either the key switch or solenoid or both. Most failed electrical parts on most machines.
