    You will have to remove the engine / power head from the frame.
    Then remove the front shroud and clutch Assembly,when you get to those then you will see the pull rope.

    I need to know how to get to the rope pulley. I took the motor off. Now I see a silver thing that makes the tiller work but I do not know how to get it apart any further. Please show me a picture of it so I will know what it looks like and how to get it off and put back on.
