I started my troy bilt 21" self propelled lawn mower and pushed it about 50'. After that I stoped and lowered the wheeles so I could cut the grass lower. When I went to start it up again it started but died immeditly. I tired to start it again but it would not start. I let it sit for about and hour on level ground and tried again. It started but died again. I checked that spark plug and noticed it was a little dirty. It actuall looked a little wet. I guess that is from the gas though. I cleaned it with a wire brush and tried to start the mower again. It still won't start. There is no speed control for it either. What should I do?
