Troy bilt 17.5 hp pony lawn tractor not starting

My 2005 Troy Bilt 17.5 HP lawn tractor will not start or even turn over. It has a new battery, and a one year old starter. It blew several fuses initailly now it will not even do that. My owners manual does not have a wiring diagram. It has not been sitting, last ran four days prior to problem and ran fine. Turn the key and nothing happens. Thanks.

Trace and check your wires in your wiring harness.

Mine would turn just a bit then stop, charge battery, same problem, found that the carb float had stuck open, fuel filled the cylinder head and caused a hydro lock up, removed the spark plug, and had to change the oil also. I put a fuel valve on the supply line just in case for the future.
