disconnect the sparkplug and turn the lawn mower on its side. Clean out all the grass underneath. Hopefully that has made it so you can pull the cord and the mower start up.

Once you get it running again, If you have the hose connector on the top deck connect your hose to it start the mower and turn the water on. It will keep all the cut grass off the blade and the mower.
