snowblower quits

have TECUMSEH 5.0 hp, DYNAMARK. after a few seconds of running it keeps quitting, no matter how many times I prime, behavior is the same, I cleaned the spark plug and checked the oil and filled a 1/4 tank of gas but behavior is same , quits after a few seconds.
Please note that I have choke and the speed adjusted many times to low/ me and high, it is just the same behavior;
can someone help
