    Snapper
    I have a snapper riding mower that won't go in reverse, but will go in forward. Any ideas?

    Yes, this is a rear engine riding mower.

    On the old rear engine riders , you have to hold the lever in reverse , it will not lock into reverse like it does in forward.If it will not work with you holding it in ,it could be the drive Disc . Is bad
