    Sears/Craftsman V-Belt applications
I was given an assortment of new, in the package V-Belts for Sears/Craftsman tractors. Is there a reference available some place to tell what tractors these belts will fit? They have the part #'s on them but the Sears site has nothing on them that I can find.

The reference charts I've used are the reverse of what you need. If I know the tractor the chart tells me the belt, not the other way around. Those belts may say Craftman but they will fit tons of other brands and not just tractors. One of those Sears belts is on my table saw right now. Wish I could help more. Are you trying to sell these belts or something?

Thank you for your input. Yes, we are trying to sell a lot of small engine parts including belts. We are retired and do this as a hobby. It goes along with collecting antique garden tractors and antique engines. If you'd like to see our homemade web site it is http://hometown.aol.com/briggsplanet/index.html.

There are several parts suppliers that have books available "catalogs" that if you have the belt number it will tell which tractors they fit. Try, stens, or Oregon.
