Sears Craftsman Riding Lawn Mower Blade adjustment
My Sears Craftsman 42" cut riding lawnmower has 2 blade decks. With the height adjustment lever in the highest position (or in any position), the left blade/deck cuts lower than the right. How do I adjust the left blade deck/blade to a higher position?l

I remember the craftsman had a mount that used a piece of althread that connected up to under the footrests. If this is the case with yours, you would just move the left one down on the threaded shaft so it would lift the deck higher. (Be sure to take the weight of the deck off it first beore you make adjustments or you may strip out the treads). Let us know if this is not the case with yours.

    Good Luck,
