removing a blade from circular saw

Hi
My Dad Has An Italian Made Circular Saw (drop Saw), But Unfortunately As We Cannot Remove The Blade Due To Not Having The Correct Tools (it Was Bought 2nd Hand) , He Has Been To Numerous Hardware Shops No Luck.
To Me It Looks Like It Needs Its Own Chuck Key To Free The Blade???
The Make Is Bloccaggio Macson Machine Tools Pty Ltd.
This Is The Last Shot So If Anyone Can Help It Would Be Appreciated, Thanks.
