Make router table

I have a router with 2 1/4 HP;13amp motor and I want to make a table for it , by remove the platsic base and attach it to a metal plate make of aluminum1/8 or 3/32 thick stainless steel. it come with 3 # 10-24 machine screw (original spec).... I need to know ; will these screws able to hold the router or do I need addtional attachment..... I look at some table routers and they only have three screws
