How do you put gear oil in the craftsman model 917.272751

I have a Craftsman 917.272751 Briggs 18 OHV Intek Plus. I have it for 10 years with no problems. This year I got 2 weekend grass cuttings in until the third cutting I was 45 minutes into the 2 hour event when the tractor sputtered, ran, sputtered, ran, sputtered, like some one took the fuel line...

I am looking for a manual for a 1983 Craftsman Rider Lawn Mower, Model 917.253741, Serial Number 0983501710. I know its old but we just bought an engine for it and it runs like a charm, but I need the manual for a parts list.....HELP

After running for a short time with throttle at high speed a lot of oil starts to come out of the fuel pump. Noticed oil was dirty, changed oil and still leaking. Engine smokes at start up and shut down. Is my oil pump screen plugged? Please help or give your suggestions. Thanks

I have a Craftsman tractor model 917.272751. When I start it, it runs for about 1 minute,then starts missing and finally stalls. Sometimes it will restart, but sometimes it will not. However, after awhile, it will start again. Please advise
