In general, Look for slotted holes in the base. The engine is probably one of them. Another might be a mechanism that tilts a pulley. Idler pulleys are another possibility. These instructions are not specific to your model.

You need to tip the snow blower on its bucket. take the bolts out of the base plate between the track. You will need to take off the cover to the belts. The bolt that holds the pulleys off the engine need to be taken off. You may need a pipe wrench or vise cripe plyers to hold the shaft while doing this then take off the pulleys. And with some difficulty take the belts off and replace them. This could be a two person job for there is a safety clamp on the lower part of the pulley for the bucket. To take the clamp off you will need to pull the handle that provides the power to your blower. make sure you take your time and do the compleat opposite when the belts are changed. Remember to always shut off the fuel and that the engine is off. I hope I was a help.

You missed one other safety precaution. Disconnect the spark plug.

You can disconnect the spark plug if need be. It's not a big concern for changing belts. But safety is the key.
