Honda 3813 no spark

This is my first Honda Garden Tractor, but have years of experience building all kinds of toys, so here is the question, and this is just to keep me in tune. This Honda 3813 is the 2-cyl. water cooled. And has no spark, so as this is the first 2-cyl. Honda non-motorcycle motor I'm going to work on, what do I need to check besides the coil pack, anything under the flywheel? I'm going to check the fuse block and related wiring, for dead fuses or bad wiring, then the ign. switch, someone told me about charging coils? Could the charging coils be related to no spark issue,? I have plans for this motor set-up, if I can get it running, any of you Honda lawn guys have any solid information that can guide me in the right direction. And Thank You very Much Ken
