When I try to start it it turns over real slow some time you have bump the key back and fouth for it turn over have charged the battery also the wire to the starter as well as the started are very hot to touch what could be wrong!!!!!!!

Hi,
With the info given it is either a valve adjustment problem or a starter headed south.

Hi,
I assume it is an OHV engine. As the engine breaks in, the rocker arms and the associated pivots seat and cause the valves to have too much clearance. Most engines require only one adjustment within the first 60 hours. The YouTube video makes quite the rounds here as it works quite well, even if "not by the book." It is:

Thats what I think needs to be done cause I took the spark plug out and the motor spins freely thanks alot I'll post back tomorrow with update!!!!
