Which one, there are at least 3. There is a danger in doing this and many of us are hesitant to give advice that can put you in harms way. A replacemnet switch costs about $9 way not buy one rather than bypass?

It is the seat switch. I have to sit on the back of the seat for about 10 sec. at one place I mow. There are 3 wires so I can't just unplug the switch. The engine wouldn't start then.

Unplugging a 3 wire safety switch just makes your engine deader than a door nail. Most of the 3 wire switches use wires all the same color, black, so its hard to tell you how to make a jumper. Since you can get the engine to run by messing with the switch maybe it is just not getting proper contact with the seat. Try removing the switch completely and then hold it closed between your thumb and finger, does it start now??

I haven't done anything yet. The mower is brand new so I don't want to mess it up. You are right all wires are black.
