How to replace Drive belt on Troy-Bilt 14AR809K063

How to replace Drive belt on Troy-Bilt 14AR809K063

Main problem is getting drive belt off the engine pulley.Frame tabs prevent taking belt off of the electric clutch.How does the belt get replaced?
