craftsman weed eater Older one

It is a 26.2cc Model 358.798130 Serial D3563021 i replaced the fuel line, it is a one (1) fuel line feed to carburater. It ran for aminute or so. Is there a print on this model I can get. Sears wants about 85 dollars to fix. I can buy another one for less than a 100 dollars, and Harbor frieght has one for 57 dollars. Thank You Gary

Sears overcharges.... go to a small engine shop and pick up a carb kit, with diapragm and gaskets (even the carb to engine gasket) and take the carb apart (and pics along the disassembly for reference) and soak it in carb cleaner for a couple hours... then blow it out with compressed air. You'll have to remove the High and low speed mixture needles (more then likely marked H and L, make sure you get them back in the right spot) they are set from all the way in snug, one turn out as a baseline. Fine tune when you get it started.

Did you replace the fuel filter in the tank (bobs on the end of the fuel line) ?

I have an older model craftsman weedeater and need an exploded view on how to disassemble it and install a new feul line from the tank to carb. Can anyone help? The grass is getting a little out of control and I dont have a mower as yet.
