    Craftsman Riding Lawn Mower
My brother gave me his old lawn mower, and whenever I ask him a question about it, his response is "Figure it out Blondie". Im not a dumb blonde and Ive figured out most of the controls, excep two. One is a screw knob on the left hand side of the sterring wheel, and the other is a long metal stick on the right side of the mower. If anybody can enlighten me on what these do, I would really appreciate it. Thank You in advance

The Knob On The Left Of The Steering Wheel Is The Height Gauge . Turn Clockwise To Lower And Counter Clockwise To Raise The Cutting Height. The Long Lever On The Left Is The Deck Positioning Lever. Setting On The Seat, Pull It Back Towards You To Lock Into Place. Then Turn The Knob On The Left To The Right. This Will Make You Cut Your Grass Lower. Now To Do This Pull Back On The Long Lever On The Right, Push Down On The Plunger Knob At The Top Center Of The Long Lever And Let It "fall" Forward, This Will Now Cut Your Grass Lower, To Change The Height Always Raise The Deck And The Knob On The Left Side Should Turn Easily.
