Craftsman lawn tractor stalling

Hello everyone. I'm having some trouble with my craftsman lawn tractor. I recently salvaged it from the back of my dad's garage. I cleaned it up & got it running but it keeps stalling out on me. It seems that it happens most when I turn uphill (sometimes i have to face the mower downhill to restart it). The fuel is running from the tank to the carb just fine, but it does seem like its either not getting fuel or o2. Any suggestions to where I should start looking?
