I Have Oil Coming Through Valve Breather Tube.
I Put A New Breather On And It Did Not Help.
Any Answers?

Over full on oil, smell the oil for gas. It is not uncommon for the needle and seat in the carb to either go bad or get a piece of pooo stuck in it. Drain the crank completley and replace oil. . . start engine to warm it up and shutt it off, repeat the process.
