    Blades on my mower spin too slow.
    I have a troy bilt riding mower and the blades suddenly began to turn too slow. I replaced the deck belt to no avail, and after doing some investigating, it sees like the pulley under the motor isn't spining like it should. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.
