I have a weed eater 38 inch riding lawn mower Model number 733 - 848. can you help me with a part number for the belt thank you very much

Hi,
I have no idea where you came up with that number, but it is not a WeedEater mower model number. Look beneath the seat for the tag with the model number, usually starts with two or three letters of the alphabet.
