For an Ariens snowblower model 938 labeled ss322, what is oil/gas mix, what spark plug? Is there an owners/operators manual available?

There is a serial number break, but I will post some links. As far as oil some called for 25:1, others said 40:1 though a good quality two cycle oil mixed to it specs should be fine. By that I mean that an Echo or Stihl 50:1 oil mixed as such should do no harm. Brand names are examples only. Now the links:

I have an SS322 938 series w/manual which states oil mix at 50-1 (2-1/2 ounces of oil to 1 gallon of fuel). NO methanol type fuel either. The spark plug is Champion CJ-8Y with a .030 gap.
Now... tell me this, are YOU having trouble with your chute not rotating as I am? I can't seem to see what's keeping it from turning from one direction to the other. I need the right belt number mine keeps shreading in pieces and don't have a manual to it lost it
