Whenever I come on here I would like to say that I go straight to the unanswered Q's, but I forget. Thought I would remind those of you that are like me, and tell newer members that the direct link to unanswered questions http://www.askmehelpdesk.com/search....t=0&do=process is available at the bottom of your screen.

I usually check the replies that are in my profile page and then do the unanswered ?s
