Vizio plasma tv won't turn on

I need some suggestions on what to do to turn my tv on.

yes, i reset my the breaker in my whole house last nite.

im haveing same porblem,, when you turn the tv on the vizio logo on the bottom lights up and clicks off and on severl times then it may come on after 2 or 3 min. i have tryed useing the buttons on the side of TV and get the same issues
