unset a preset tv channel

I have a zenith tv model#h2034y3 Concierge. It is preset on channel 11. How do I unset the preset channel so I can view other channels?

Go into menu.

Find the section for set up, or tuner.

Look for channels, add or delete.

Delete that channel, then go to menu, set up, or auto channel program, run that and you should be good to go.
